In General, recovering from the cold is difficult for some people during the winter season.

Take three lemons, cut it in half, put in a bowl, pour two cups of water, add a little salt in it, and boil well.

Let it boil until reduced to a cup. Then remove out from the stove and squeeze the cut lemon as well with water.  Just add a little sugar with this water.

Drink this warm water before half an hour of your sleep.

While you're sleeping, you will sweat out the mucus which is in your body. Then you no longer need to go to doctor.
