Roadside Fish(River white Fish) Fry

We love fish so make various styles and kind of fish at home. You could make this recipe as astarter or a side dish or even accompaniment with meals. I love to squeeze some lime, eat raw onion or eat with rice and curry.



Ingredients:
River white fish – 6
Red chilli powder – 1-1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp
all purpose flour – ½ cup
Salt as required
Oil for deep fry



Steps:
Take a bowl and add 1 tsp of salt.
Add 1 to 1-1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp corn flour and mix it all together into a thick paste by adding water little by little.



Clean and wash thoroughly 6 river white fish and coat the masala paste on the fish. Make sure to apply inside the Fish as well.


Marinate for 2 hours.

Heat 1-1/2 cup oil in a pan. Once oil hot, just roll the fish on the all purpose flour such a way to coat and drop into the hot oil. Keep the flame in medium.


Deep fry till golden in color. Now just turn gently to cook other side.

Once deep fried properly remove them from the oil and place it on the papper towel.


Now the road side flavor fish fry is ready to serve.
