Chana Dal

Chana dals are rich in nutrients such as folic acid, manganese, iron, copper, and magnesium. It contains twice as much protein as cereal, so eating more of it will keep the body strong and healthy. It has been found that regular consumption of it reduces the risk of diabetes and coronary heart disease. Besan flour is made from lentils and is used in many sweets.
