Natural ways to reduce Joint Pain ( Rheumatism or Limb depreciation)

Home Remedies:

1. Cut a good medium-sized potato into thin slices and soak it in a cup of cold water overnight and then drink that water on an empty stomach in the morning. You can also drink fresh potato juice. It is the best medicine for joint pain.

2. A tablespoon of black sesame seeds should be soaked in water overnight and then eaten on an empty stomach in the morning.

3. Squeeze two teaspoons of lemon juice with a teaspoon of honey in a cup of warm water and drink twice a day on an empty stomach.

4. Put a little camphor in warm coconut or mustard oil and rub well on the joints to reduce pain. It is an immediate remedy for arthritis.

5. Boil one teaspoon of alfalfa(Medicago Sativa) seeds (it is fodder) in a cup of water and drink it three to four times a day like tea.

6. Heat two tablespoons of the castor oil and add to a cup of orange juice and drink before breakfast. This should be done until the disease is cured. Should be done continuously for three weeks. Then leave for three weeks. Have to do it again in three weeks. We should take more spicy foods and avoid sour foods when taking this medicine. 7. Boil a tablespoon of green gram seeds with two cloves of garlic and drink it as a soup twice a day.

Eating Habits:
* Eat more bananas. Drink more vegetable soup. Carrots and beetroot can be eaten raw.

Things to avoid: 
Spicy fried foods, tea, coffee, daytime sleepiness, anxiety, stress.
