What could be better than buttery, ripe avocado smashed onto hearty, crusty bread? Not only does it taste incredible, but the combo of healthy fats and fiber is also super satisfying no matter what time of day hunger strikes.


Ingredients:

For tea(serves 2):
Milk – 1-1/4 cup
Tea powder – 2 teaspoon
Green Cardamon – 2
Crushed ginger – 1/2 inch

For toast:

Bread – 4 piece
Avocado – 1
Crushed Pepper – ¼ tbsp
Salt as required

Steps:

Heat a 1 cup water in a pan and add 2 crushed cardamon, ½ inch crushed ginger, 2 tsp tea powder.



Meanwhile, cut 1 avocado vertically and take out flush into a bowl.

Add ¼ tbsp crushed pepper and required salt and mash it all together.
Once tea boiled well, add 1-1/4 cup of milk and bring to boil and switch off the flame.

Toast 4 pieces of bread. Rub avocado mix on one side bread slice and close it with other slice. Do the same for other pair of slices.

Cut diagonally into two pieces for both bread pair.


Now the awesome Avocado bread toast is ready to serve.
